Refund and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Parts and Accessories
Eligibility for returns
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons) such as performance socks.
- Customized or special-order products
- Assembled bike purchases (please see return policy for bike orders)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour, or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item(s).
Damaged or defective items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Starting a return
Email our support team at info@senditgear.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization number. Ship the item back following the provided instructions.
